How it works — Apartments & Senior Living
Site walk & plan
Discovery call + map audit. We confirm buildings, chutes/pads, bin rooms, gate hours, and quiet-hour policies.
Proposal & pilot
Written proposal with route days, service windows, and pricing. Optional pilot week to validate flow and resident comms.
Resident onboarding
Welcome letter & QR signup, lobby flyers, and optional door hangers. Dedicated SMS/WhatsApp line for questions.
Valet service nights
Door-to-door set-out the evening before collection; return after pickup. ADA-aware paths and elevator access respected.
Pad & chute cleaning
Hot-water sanitizing of truck pads, chutes, and bins monthly/quarterly as contracted. Bulk pickup events on request.
Reporting & billing
Monthly report with photo proof and exceptions. Single invoice (door-count or building-based). SLA targets documented.
Sanitation & Extras
